"Prisoner Reentry Orientation" Class
This very popular class began Monday, January 10, 2011 and will be taught every week, from now until there are no more ex-felons in Oklahoma!
We meet at Faith Fellowship Church in Oklahoma City. The class is every Monday morning (except holidays), starts at 10:30 a.m. and goes until 12:00 Noon.
All are welcome:
ex-felons in the community
inmates from half-way houses and community work centers
family members who want to help incarcerated loved ones
reentry practitioners who want to learn what is working in OKC

This exciting project has already helped many people regain their hope of finding employment in tough times. You can view the Roadmap here. It is the basis of our other "roadmap" projects that we are developing. More info below.
"The Roadmap to Transitional Housing in OKC"
We are working with The Homeless Alliance and others to develop a comprehensive roadmap to the many transitional housing solutions in the metro area. A metro-wide brainstorming session is to be scheduled in the second quarter of 2011. Check back periodically for updates. To be added to the email mailing list for this project, contact us.
"The Roadmap to Treatment and Recovery in OKC"
Once we complete the Roadmap to Transitional Housing, we are going to be working with C.A.R.E. for Change, Inc. and others to develop a roadmap to help people struggling with poverty and addictions to connect with the resources that are available (many FREE) in the OKC metro area.

We are currently writing this timely and useful guidebook in order to help leaders establish and maintain successful reentry coalitions in their respective counties. The methodology used in this book has to potential to improve social services, reduce criminal recidivism, reduce crime, save money, and make the public safer for the entire nation!
